unusual amount of generated URL aliases on stage 
how to find = view URL aliases admin on stage

i.e "Alias" node-3096 "System" node/3096

After talking with Alex 
thought it would be best to report this as a bug and investigate

Not sure paul the  URL aliases both on stage and production seem to be coming from mary's and jay post 

if you view the module you can see no reason why some of the post would want to use a URL aliases 

it could be the why they are submitting or its a bug ?
you may want to talk to alex he may of fixed it
