when browser is opening first time(any new windows) a box is appearing saying "browser Highlighter Update" and lot of information about the new version of browser but the Radio buttons are dead

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-GB; rv:1.9.0.8) Gecko/2009032609 Firefox/3.0.8 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-GB; rv:1.9.0.8) Gecko/2009032609 Firefox/3.0.8 when ever I am opening a new window of firefox another box appears on page saying that "browser Highlighter Update" just nest to that on left side on check box appears with already checked, even if you uncheck that box nothing changes. in the description of the box it says Version 1.5 of the browser Highlighter is now available....and so on.... and at the end it has two boxes which says Upgrade now and upgrade later..... these two options are dead, Reproducible: Always
