When opening attachments in E-Mails, the dialog box should present all the same options that are available by default by the windows 'open with' shell dialog.

If a custom program is chosen to open a certain type of file, that relationship is remembered, but if you open that filetype with a different program next time, the first custom choice is forgotten.

Thank you very much, Thunderbird is amazing software. This feature would save a lot of time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Try open an attachment
2 [review].
3.
Actual Results:  
See lack of options for programs to open attachment with.
'Other' Programs chosen are only remembered if you only use the same 'other' program each time.

Expected Results:  
All the programs available in windows shell 'open with' menu should be available.
Custom programs specified for a filetype should be remembered indefinitely.
