hit reload is fine

Steps to Reproduce:
1.close all mozilla related
2.open http://www.renaissancecruises.com/
3.wait for page to load then hit reload

Actual Results:  page is first rendered badly then properly after reload

Expected Results:  page rendered properly

More info:
you have to open the url from
sidebar bookmarks->travelandleisure->Reinassance cruises.

I loaded this page in 2000082504 and it displays the same way as in nevigator 
4.X... marking WORKSFORME

I did add the url to my bookmarks in the same location as the reporter 
describes.
