Details

Attachment 371970 [details], attachment 371974 [details], and attachment 371977 [details] in bug 487533 show that the custom persona can appear in the Recently Selected menu multiple times. We've previously fixed this problem for personas from the gallery, but it looks like we didn't fix it for custom personas. It looks like the menu items are getting duplicated whether the custom persona retains the same name or gets renamed. It's not yet clear when the duplication actually happens (i.e. when the persona gets selected, when it gets edited, etc.). The custom persona should only appear in the Recently Selected menu once no matter how many times it is selected, whether or not it retains the same name or the name gets changed at some point.
It seems that this bug still appears in the latest dev build located at http://people.mozilla.com/~myk/personas/dist/
Yes, that's right, this bug hasn't been fixed yet. When it gets fixed, the fixer will resolve the bug fixed (and hopefully also push a dev build with the fix).
