The right-click context menu is missing in the History window.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Choose Tasks -> Tools -> History
2. Right-click an item in the history list


Actual Results:  No context menu comes up

Expected Results:  Context menu with something like this shows up:

Cut
Copy
Delete
