You can find a good Bug-Description here: http://groups.google.com/group/jquery-en/browse_thread/thread/5f69d699c140e4ef

A Java Script horizontal-slide-animation causes Elements above of this animation to jitter. There is a sort of graphical interference. The image looks like being pulled down.
An example is posted on the Link ttp://groups.google.com/group/jquery-en/browse_thread/thread/5f69d699c140e4ef and can be seen on http://mwbfairtrade.developer-bloesch-partner.de/index.php/karriere.html#animation when jumping between the main navigation links (the blue bars)

Reproducible: Always
