The inability to add the image by changing the category to Live Chat Documentation is probably because the theme is assigned in tiki-theme_control_objects.php.

Verified FIXED on https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/How+to+contribute?bl=n, but how/why did this get removed in the first place?

FWIW, this happened again. I'm in the midst of fixing it. I did use the Exterminator in https://support.mozilla.com/tiki-admin.php?locale=en-US&page=gal earlier today, which I think might be the cause.

Tested on support-stage, and it looks like this is the case. I've filed bug 493276.

Was it working at any time since Thursday? That was the last time I ran the Image exterminator. Until bug 493276, you need to re-add the image. So you don't have to do it again, I've uploaded the image to <http://ilias.ca/sumo/translatelogo.png>. You can just link to it remotely, like the other images in the article.
