48807 - Following news: url causes account wizard to appear

Everytime following the news: links on the bottom of the left frame on this page
has Mail open and the account wizard asks for information to create a new profile.

marking invalid. this is the expected behaviour if you do not have a account
created. If oyu create one, you can then access the news groups.

Now, if you have an workign news account already, and it still happens, please
reopen and state so.

possibly.  If the account was completed then this shouldn't be happening.  If 
the account was never completed then the wizard should pop up.  The bug I fixed 
was that you couldn't complete it because it thought you were creating a mail 
account. I fixed it to be a news account.

I'm still seeing this on Windows NT Commercial Build ID # 2000112104.  Also,
Messenger 4.7x doesn't do this, so marking 4xp.

if it isn't a dup puttermans bug, it's invalid.

4.x didn't pop up the wizard on news://host/group urls, but we want 6.x to do
that.  (4.x did not have multiple identities, but 6.x does, so if running a
news://host/group url requires us to create a new account, we need to show them
the account wizard so they can complete the account.)
