488306 - User selection for OS in SHOWFOR retained even after logout

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1.Log in to your SUMO account.
2.Go to article-"Clearing private data"
3.Notice that under SHOWFOR section your OS type is selected(eg: Windows)
4.Select a different OS(eg: Linux)
5.Hit Refresh.
6.Notice that "Linux" remains selected.i.e.user selection is retained on a page reload.
7.Log out
8.Revisit the same article.
9.Notice the highlighted OS under SHOWFOR

expected result:
Once user logs out,all the user specific preferences(probably stored in a cookie) are deleted.

actual result:
User preference is retained post logout

It's stored in a session cookie. Why should it not apply to people logged out?
