488370 - Move existing pool of talos slaves to new master

Some or all of the existing pool needs to be moved over to the new master once it's ready.

I'd like to keep a few slaves in the pool to do testing with.

Going to move them all over to talos-staging-master to start with.

The following have been moved over:
qm-plinux-slave01
qm-plinux-slave02
qm-ptiger-slave01
qm-ptiger-slave02
qm-pleopard-slave01
qm-pleopard-slave02

The following changes were made in buildbot.tac:

host = 'talos-staging-master.mozilla.org'
port = 9010
slavename = 'talos-rev2-{linux,tiger,leopard}0[12]' (e.g. talos-rev2-linux01}

keepalive = None
umask = 002

We'll need to go back at some point to update the hostname and DNS to match.

have all been moved over as well.  I updated the computer name while I was at it, so these just need an update in DNS.

talos-rev2-vista04

i.e. we'll keep slave #01 on staging.

All these machines now pointing to talos-master.m.o and being allocated jobs from there.
