chang the behaviour so that any display of a persona, aside from their detail page previews on hover but will also both set *and* navigate to the detail page for the design in the interest of increasing the quality of the user experience and providing a richer contextual experience and controls.

this is being filed as a separate bug.

additional reasoning behind this bug is to navigate user to the share option that will be implemented with 488494.

done, found all personas images I could. reopen if I've missed any.
