Checkconfig on buildbot can take a really long time because it unnecessarily copies all the twistd log files to a temporary directory.

updated production-master (no reconfig/restart required)
updated staging-master (no reconfig/restart required) updated qm-buildbot01 (no reconfig/restart required) updated sm-staging-try-master (no reconfig/restart required)
holding off on qm-rhel02 for now. it doesn't have the patch for bug 478096 applied yet, and I don't want to risk breaking anything right now. It will get picked up as part of the buildbot upgrade.
qm-rhel02 got this when all the masters were updated to 0.7.10p1.
