There's some possible accessibility/visibility concerns with the current
sidebar headers and text in the Classic skin. Currently inactivecaption is
used for the background-color, and inactivecaptiontext for the text color. On
many systems, this combination of colors is hardly desirable for reading
(inactivecaption is the color used for a titlebar that doesn't have the focus,
and inactivecaptiontext is the color of the text used for a titlebar that
deosn't have the focus). For example, on mine it's light gray on dark gray,
which is certainly readable but not all that desirable.
It's perfectly readable in most conventional system colour selections (e.g.
Windows Standard and Windows Classic). I stepped through the selection of colour
schemes provided with Windows and the inactive caption text was perfectly
readable in each one. The colours are meant to contrast enough to be readable
(so you can identify the title of inactive windows) and indeed they are...

wontfix ;)

Verified wontfix. If you have trouble reading the color combination, that means
you have deliberately specified a bad color combination for inactive window title
bars in the Display Control Panel, no?
