488795 - youtube cut paste on submitted comment fails

When one uses 'Reply' to any comment on a youtube video,
one types into a comment box.  When one clicks on the Post Comment
button it is submitted and the box turns from white to grey.
If youtube fails to accept the comment for any reason, it stays
grey and one can not cut and paste from the box.  So one can lose the comment one has written.  (If one starts another tab or window and tries elsewhere one may find one needs to type the captcha and then clicking on Post Comment again
on the first window may go through.)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to a youtube video that has comments
2. click on Reply to a comment
3. type a comment that contains a full url (youtube blocks these)
4. Click Post Comment
5. Try to cut and paste from the grey box.
Actual Results:  
At step 4 the box turns grey.  At step 5 one can't cut and paste.
In the case of a url or even something that smells like it might be like a url
youtube will block it and your comment will be lost forever if you don't
retype it.

Expected Results:  
Full access to the comment at all times.

Yes.  I downloaded that version and am running it now.  No form
of the grey box allows me to cut and paste.  In particular,
when I put the google url in, http://www.google.com/ the posting
failed and I could not access it to try again.  The comment
was lost when I reloaded the page.

Reporter, can you try and reproduce with SeaMonkey v2.0RC2 or 2.0.1pre ?

Please try in Safe mode ( http://kb.mozillazine.org/Talk:Safe_Mode#Safe_Mode_in_SeaMonkey_2 ), or with a new profile ( http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_Manager#Creating_a_new_profile )
