i've got the german version off firefox. and I just wanted to edit a bookmark. the popup openden and on the confirm button I found the mistake.. (it's just a spelling mistake) I guess you know how to edit a bookmark? and in the safe mode the spelling mistake is also there. >"Veränderung speichern" but it should be "Änderung >speichern"
oh, so this is a localization bug, sorry but i can't read German.
Component: Bookmarks & History → de / German
Product: Firefox → Mozilla Localizations
QA Contact: bookmarks → german.de
mhh, i guess i forgot to translate it.. so "Änderung speicher" (what it should be) -> save changing (or something like that) and "Veränderung" is a word wich doesn't exist in the German language.
Well, "Veränderung" is a German word, but actually we don't use it in the localization. In fact, we never ask if you want to save changes to bookmarks, they are changed immediately, no need to confirm. So, I guess this was an extension. Please reopen the bug, if I'm mistaken.

sorry yes "Veränderung" is a german word. but you use it to descibe persons. and i made a screenshot of what i am talking about... http://ks-sharks.spacequadrat.de/styles/images/screen.jpg
Sorry, I didn't see that you were using Firefox 3.0. Thhe whole dialog changed in the upcomming version. Besides, "Veränderung" can be used to describe any change whatsoever, I don't know where you got your defintion from, but it's not from "the Duden".
