Details
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1b3) Gecko/20090305 Firefox/3.1b3 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729)
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1b3) Gecko/20090305 Firefox/3.1b3 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729)
Pressing Ctrl+F5 (to force a refresh) does not reload the child frames of a frameset. So the child frames change, and the browser still loads the old version, even though Ctrl+F5 was pressed.
Reproducible: Always
