begin usinf mozilla and close
later I try to re-open mozilla without success
message like this: mozilla already open,
I must reboot computer to fix the issue

You can uses the task manager to killed that process.

Ctrl+Alt+Delete or run taskmgr to get the task manger to opening up.
The issue is in most times caused by an addon.
