I have four email servers, two POP, two IMAP. BD Antispam icons ("Is spam," "Is not spam," etc.) live only for POP servers. Why not for IMAP servers?

Reproducible: Always
"BD Antispam icons"?
Some extension that's adding extra icons? (try thunderbird.exe -safe-mode)

If not, enable spam filtering in the account junk settings of those accounts.
