forms.css contains 1 rule that's not already in layout.css (which @imports it). Moving that rule into layout.css will save us the overhead of a file load.

We don't seem to actually use .invalid anywhere in the site markup, so we could technically remove that rule entirely, unless you can remember what it might have been there for. Up to you.

Published (with the rule, since I'm lazy and already had it in the file :P ); be sure to refresh your copy of layout.css to make the @import vanish.
