The bug comes after the Future of 38552....
The first option in the installer "Base" should be changed to "Typical".
"Typical" should then install the "browser" and "mail&news"

What about all the folks who scream "just give us a browser!"? If we take Base
away are we going to get just as many folks complaining we should put it back?
But I agree with bug 38552 -- the default should include mail and news,
especially since on the Mozilla builds you've already spent the time
downloading it.

I believe some re-wording done during the fix of bug 38552 should also address
the concerns in this bug.
