- *featured personas* should include the name of the persona, the designer, a
link to its detail page, the number of active users, and the first 140
characters of the description

If I recall correctly, I had mentioned how this layout won't work because most design names and author names will easily exceed the width of the module. 

I've added the active daily users and changed the other text per the mockup.

I added a description for the persona-"paint splats" by naz. The description was updated in the details page,but is not displayed under the featured personas section.Since this is one of the spec(as per the attached spec),reopening the bug.
