Fennec is storing starred bookmarks in bookmarksMenuFolder. We should switch to unfiledBookmarksFolder, especially since sync'ing with Weave could cause problems.
This patch switches Fennec to use the unfiledBookmarksFolder root. Sync'ing with Weave will move Fennec bookmarks into the "Unsorted" folder in the bookmark organizer.
NOTE: I am not migrating any existing bookmarks, so Fennec will essentially lose any existing bookmarks.
