I am not certain if this violates any policy but but Netmarks Manager (see url for add-on) appears to require that you purchase software to use it.

CCing the developer and Rey.  Judging from the ratings this takes a lot of people by surprise and they aren't happy about it.

Wetasoft:  Would you add a clear note in the description about what this add-on does and what it needs please?

I've sandboxed the add-on until the copy has been changed and emailed the add-on author directly to ensure they know about the bug.

The add-on will remain in the sandbox as long as it doesn't clarify this requirement, although in itself it's not a problem. It looks like it hasn't had any activity recently, so this is a non-issue.
