Details

Right now, per bug 489567, sentry is looking for a specific locale (zh-TW). If we ever add a new locale after zh, there's a chance it won't get pushed properly and we won't notice. Likewise, if a file always get pushed, it's always ensured to be there (so things like bug 489567 don't ever happen).
