While clicking on the virtual keyboard sign nothing happens.
In actual a virtual keyboard pop up.
I think it used java.
It works proper in IE any version.
Virtual keyboard helps user to login without using keyboard.
To protect the information from keystroke tracing software.
Its a banking site and used to make fund transfer and many more banking related stuff so security is of prime most importance.
Its few of the very common bank in India.
Having very huge huge retail customer base.

Kindly look into the matter and sort things out.

The virtual keyboard does not pop up.

Expected Results:  
A virtual keyboard must pop up.

No additional theme.
or even any addons were used.
This problem also existed even in default version of browser also.
I have install the latest version of java update 13.
and I have tested java and it is working perfectly.

This is not a security exploit in Firefox or the site.

Looks like a case of IE-only coding to me, tech evangelism bug? best to go through http://support.mozilla.com
well I am not so technical well aware of coding.
So what y are telling is all greak and latin to me.
