When reading a message in a tab, if you switch to another tab and then switch back, the scroll position is reset to the top of the message

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open message in tab (longer than a screen) and scroll down a bit
2.Switch to another tab
3.Switch back to the message tab
Actual Results:  
Message is shown with scroll position at the top

Expected Results:  
Message is shown as I left it
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED
Closed: 15 years ago
