When pressing the toolbar button in the upper right of the window in the latest Minefield nightly, it hides the address bar fine, but the scroll bar isn't resized to accommodate for the new added page space. Resizing the window makes it resize itself, but it should be resized automatically.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Press Toolbar button
2. Look at scroll bar to the right
3. Notice there is empty space under it
Actual Results:
The is space below the scroll bar that shouldn't be there

Expected Results:
The scroll bar should have automatically resized itself to take advantage of the added space
