What Adobe Acrobat version are you using?
Severity: major → critical
Keywords: crash
I am using Russian version Adobe Reader 9.1.0
My laptop is ACER ASPIRE 8930G (64 bit)
Latest version Firefox and Chrome are crashing right after opening any PDF file.
IE is stable because it does NOT open PDFs in itself.
Adobe Reader is updated.
Other computers in our home work just fine. All of them are 32 bit.
I have the same problem with windows vista and acrobat 8.1...
Please upgrade to reader 9.1.1 or later if possible. Much more stable. Also, provide the information requested above.

IE 8 is now crashing too, because it is trying to open PDF in itself.
Have you been able to reproduce in a new profile and give a stacktrace using read 9.1.1 or later? That is very important.
No reply, INCO. Please try with Firefox 3.5 or later. Also, Adobe Acrobat 9.1.2 or later.
