the first part of this bug was fixed with 488500. filing a separate to track remaining changes.

Currently, user must read through user agreement to understand which types of
images will not be allowed. This has become a large issue for copyrighted
content.

We should do the following to make it clear: 

1. The check box underneath the terms of service currently states "I agree to
the user agreement". Change this to "I agree to the Terms of Service and am the
rightful owner of this content." (FIXED WITH 488500)

Remaining to be fixed:

2. add a see guidelines link to the check box language: "I agree to the Terms of Service and am the rightful owner of this content. (see guidelines)". "see guidelines" should link to a plain-language explanation in the FAQ on
acceptable vs. unacceptable content. 

3. Below last "continue" button on upload flow, add copy "I am the rightful
owner of this content (see guidelines) and understand that this design will be
publicly available in the Gallery upon approval."


Next Steps:

1. Catherine to provide plain-language guidelines to Ryan to include in the FAQ
and link to these from "see guidelines".

2. Ryan to add copy. If we are waiting for copy from Catherine, we can add the
copy right now without the "see guidelines" link and then add it when
available.

Are there any guidelines for content allowed in the Personas gallery?

Yes. We are big fans of creativity, but want to ensure that the art displayed in the Personas gallery meets a basic set of guidelines. Specifically:

    * The logo, image, or art within your design is either your original work, or you are authorized to license and distribute it; and
    * Your design does not contain provocative, lewd, or sexual content (ie, it is PG-rated), and
    * Your design does not include any identifiable non-celebrity person(s), and
    * Your design does not contain violence or violent acts, nor does it exhibit discriminatory behavior or signs; and
    * Your design does not violate any applicable law, regulation or ordinance
