49015 - Can't switch between save dialogs in task menu

Mozilla M18 (2000081404), Mac OS 9.0.4:

1) Download two files so that both "Save File" dialogs are open at the same time
(it helps to have two different files so you can easily distinguish the two dialogs)
2) In the tasks menu, choose the first "Save File" item
3) With that save file dialog in the foreground, choose the other from the task menu

The second save dialog is not brought to the foreground. The only way you can
view it is to switch to the browser window and select the second item first. The
"Save File" dialog for the second download should be brought to the foreground
when selecting it from the "Tasks" menu.

Too many worse problems on Mac for 6.0, will have to get to this in a future

I believe this to be a dup of bug 21296 (as per the resolution of bug 55693).
The behavior of this bug and 55693 is identical. cc danm to verify.

Yup. As pointed out in bug 55693, in step (3) the whole menubar is dead, not just 
the task menu, because of bug 21296. It's a nasty problem. We don't have a fix in 
mind yet.
