Details
Many skin designers will want to include extras with thier skins. Things like
icons, A matching splash screen, or even a matching desktop theme, along with
install directions. Package designers want to add a zipped file of XUL changes.
Adding an options directory would give them a standard place for the extra
goodies. This would be chrome/skins/skin-name/options. For Modern and Classic
this would only contain a text file stating the purpose of the directory.
Designers will be adding extras. Different designers will add them in different
places if there isn't a standard location. An options folder will insure that
users won't have to look for them like Easter Eggs.

'Safe Skins' will not support this feature.
If you want to do this, create a XPI.
