Can you please give a bit clearer steps to reproduce?
First, what version of firefox are you using?
Do you mean windows explorer, or internet explorer (very different)?
Firefox is Version 3.0.8. Correction: Problem is not related to Windows Internet Explorer, as I previously reported.
Firefox will open ONLY ONCE, then system must be rebooted to allow opening again. Also, I no longer am able to open two Firefox browsers at the same time, as I previously could. It's a behavior I have not seen in my two years of using this browser.
