Zoom feature works wrong when there are two seperate Firefox windows showing the same URI. When you "Zoom In" one window, all Firefox windows that shows the same URI are zoomed in.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open two Firefox seperate windows, and go to the same URI, for example bugzilla.mozilla.org
2. On one window, zoom the page using ctrl+mouse scroll or ctrl+"+" or View->Zoom->"Zoom In" menu path.
Actual Results:
You will see, both windows will be zoomed, even if you just want to zoom in one window.

Expected Results:
Just the window you issued "Zoom In" command must be zoomed, and other window should not response to this.
Opps, this is duplicate of 419612, sorry.
