Per bug 451298 the request from StartCom has been approved to enable its StartCom Certification Authority root certificate for EV use. Please make the corresponding changes to PSM.

Please review and approve the patch. Tested myself and seems to be working correctly. If this one is OK, I'm going to provide another few patches of outstanding EV enablements if desired.

I believe this bug was fixed by the checkin for 
Bug 493709 -  Combined EV enablement 
so I am resolving this bug as fixed.  
Please reopen it if it is not fixed.
