49056 - INPUT text box doesn't show focus or losses focus when cursor moves

To see this problem do the following:
1. Load the HTML source that is attached

This is the rest of the information that should have been entered.
2. On the first tab that shows, select the first input text box.
3. The cursor doesn't appear but if you start typing it appears but immediately 
is lost if you move the mouse.

I expect to see the insertion point within the text box.  This problem is 
associated with the nested DIVs that I am using in this example because if I 
break it down to a single DIV containing the input text boxes the insertion 
point is properly shown.

Testcase works for me on Linux 2000-08-15-05.  Nice HTML trick, BTW.
