This is to track the upcoming move to our new rack at the MPT colo.
Depends on: 490396
The move has been rescheduled to tomorrow, April 30th.

Buildbot master is shutdown

All non-internet facing VMs have been shutdown.
momo-sunfire-01 powered down.
momo-sunfire-03 powered down.
Networking gear is installed and live.
Blades are back up and running, core websites are up.
Job's done.

Need to restart some builder VMs, will do so in an hour.
Completed, all buildbot slaves are up and building.
