It shouldn't be possible to select/submit an empty "Other" license through the new developer agreement; when doing so currently (just selecting one and hitting "Update Versions"), we turn it into: "Custom license for add-on 9614 v20090423" (which is fine, I think, other than that it has no text...) STR: 1. Log in to an Developer account 2. Click on "Versions and Files" 3. Under the "License" section, choose "Other" 4. Click "Update Versions" Expected Results: Error message telling you to enter some text for the Custom license-type. Actual Results: (Empty) changes are saved.
