We are currently getting the weekly metric of hours open by parsing IRC logs for sumobot notifications.  This won't work in the metrics dashboard, and it doesn't track the time that the queue is full.

Fastpath needs to be extended to track the hours the queue is open (accepting requests), full (unable to accept requests because too many are in queue), and closed.

I'm WONTFIXing this, since we don't have Live Chat at the moment and even if we decide to have one in the future it would be using different technology.
