Steps to reproduce:
1.Go to https://preview.addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/browse/type:1/cat:14
2.Notice the description for all the featured add-ons.

observed behavior:

The descriptions are clipped mid-sentence.Adding "..." will let the user know that its just an excerpt of the description.

Some clipped add-on descriptions still dont have ellipses-

eg:1.eBay Sidebar for Firefox in landing page for Alert& updates (https://preview.addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/browse/type:1/cat:72)

2.mahalo share in landing page for Bookmarks
