When updating the table of contents the change flag is not set so if you click browse it doesn't ask you to save the page.

Build Identifier: 1.1.16

The change flag doesn't get set when you update a table of contents. So the Composer doesn't ask you to save the page when you hit the browse button or even have the Save feature set as an option because it doesn't think anything has changed (when it had as in this case).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.add something to a document with a table of contents
2.select the insert table of contents option and select update
3.view the new changed table of contents
4. select browse
5. observe that it goes to browse without asking you to save.
6. observe if you do save the item that the "Save" feature is not enabled - only Save As.

Actual Results:
Went to the browser without saving

Expected Results:
Should have asked me to save the item
Can you reproduce with SeaMonkey v2.0a3?
Version: unspecified → SeaMonkey 1.1 Branch
I didn't know there was a v2.0a3. I only get an offer to download 1.1.16.
Could you check if this happens in SM2.3?
