Confirmed. Similar to bug 438640.

I'm not sure we should expect it to look perfect with every single font size, but it begins to get problems around the 2nd or 3rd zoom out, which it probably should be able to handle.

The fix here is to not set text zoom only.  I think most sites are going to break when you zoom in just the text that much.  -> wontfix
