Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the site;
2. Click in a downloadable file link;
3. Rightclick the same link and choose "open in new tab"

Reporter, does Firefox safe mode help? This sounds like an extension, as it works for me in Firefox 3.5 and later. Please update to 3.5 or later, try starting in safe mode, if that fails, a new Firefox profile.
