As the URL shows, there are just over a dozen validator errors, mostly minor, that are preventing the homepage (and probably other key pages) from validating. Fixing these will probably help get the site closer to validating as a whole.

A few simple fixes would resolve this for the major pages at least. 1 error on the home page 9 on news/events (from bad links in "Get Active" block) 31 on /affiliates (from bad button links) I care less about dynamic pages for now, because it would be near impossible to make all that dynamic content validate without adding a library such as HTMLPurifier (non-trivial)
