Today, one of the checked-in "live" test certs used in NSS's QA test scripts
expired. Consequently the chains.sh test script began failing on all
tinderboxes whose clocks weren't WAY off.

The cert that expired was a copy of www.paypal.com's EE cert in
mozilla/security/nss/tests/libpkix/certs/PayPalEE.cert

To try to address this problem, I have committed the new current
www.paypal.com cert, and also the new intermediate CA that issued it, which
is in mozilla/security/nss/tests/libpkix/certs/PayPalICA.cert .

Checking in PayPalEE.cert; new revision: 1.3; previous revision: 1.2
Checking in PayPalICA.cert; new revision: 1.2; previous revision: 1.1

It passes my own tests. I'm watching tinderbox now, to see if this fixes it.
This has been fixed.
