This page scroll very slowly in 3.4b4 but it flies in the latest production version.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Access the URL
2. Try to scroll or page down
3.
Actual Results:  
Scrolled very slowly with smooth scrolling off or on.


This issue "renders" the page unreadable. I've had to revert to 3.0.x
Yeah, it is a bit slow in the beginning, but that seems to be more of the loading of the images causing it. After that, bit of stick in a couple places, so confirming for now, but not sure where it will go.
