Regardless of the speed of finding text in a large page, the toolbar itself should be responsive during the search. Especially since it starts searching as you're still typing the text to search for.
I had problems on a 50mb text file (logs from a bug on bugzilla). As I started typing the search text, each keystroke took multiple seconds before letting me type more.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a very large page (eg 50mb text file)
2. Press <ctrl/cmd>+f to start searching.
3. Start typing a search term.
Actual Results:
Typing the search text is very slow, multiple seconds between letters.
Expected Results:
The find toolbar is responsive and lets you type the text, regardless of the speed of the actual search. The toolbar should be decoupled from the search backend.
