http://www.bugzilla.org/docs/tip/en/html/nonroot.html#suexec talks about manual chmod needed for suexec. Theres now a localconfig param instead.

(The chmod o+x . data data/webdot step is still needed, though, but only until bug 457373 is fixed)

And it still mentions the manual hack instead of the new $use_suexec parameter in localconfig.

It was decided after discussion that non-root docs were no longer required, because VMs and so on are so cheap and easy now.
