This user needs read/write access via https with LDAP authentification to:

Tim already has CVS, HG access and an LDAP account

SVN adds on access requires vouch from morgamic or clouserw. projects/mozilla.com/trunk requires One (1) voucher from a current module owner/peer.

Localizer's access to their locale folder on svn requires vouch from l10n-drivers and specifically me, not webdev.

ah, that's because AMO does not use the same locale code convention as mozilla.com, didn't know about it, it uses underscore instead of dash: zh_TW

Trevor, could you update Tim's rights to give him access to:

svn.mozilla.org/addons/trunk/site/app/locale/zh_TW 

instead of :
svn.mozilla.org/addons/trunk/site/app/locale/zh-TW

Yes, please add Tim to the localizer's group in SVN which should allow write access to AMO's locale directory.
