If I change to mIRC while Mozilla tries starting the startup failes und I have
to press crtl-alt-del to kick mozilla out of memory and start it again.
We're going to need more details than that. What build of Mozilla were you
using? Are you really using Windows ME? Exactly what steps are needed to
reproduce the problem. Please read the bug writing guidelines at
http://www.mozilla.org/quality/bug-writing-guidelines.html
Sorry for less Information ! Okay I'm using Windows ME 4.90.3000 with Mozilla
5.0 Build 2000081508 with classic skin. I pressed the Mozilla icon to start the
application and right after pressing the button I went back to mIRC 5.71 to look
for new messages and Mozilla 5.0 hang up. I had to press crtl-alt-del to kick
mozilla out. I tried that problem several times, always the same application
hang up. I hope that are enough information.

reporter, a couple of things to try: first does this happen if you have the
moders skin selected (you can start mozilla if you don't switch to mIRC
correct?) Second, does this happen with other apps besides mIRC. Also have you
tried deleting your old profile or testing with a new profile? Do you
experience the same results if you try to run mozilla -mail or mozilla
-ProfileManager (from the commandline)
Okay I searched a while and I found a stupid failure in my "MS" System. All is
runing fine now after clean that little systtemproblem.
